This class defines parameters to the RPC operation

Set the /system-state/clock/current-datetime leaf

to the specified value.

If the system is using NTP (i.e., /system/ntp/enabled

is set to ‘true’), then this operation will fail with

error-tag ‘operation-failed’ and error-app-tag value of

‘ntp-active’.
